We have a large repertoire of technical support options available to us in order to ensure our customers success with their MANTECH instrumentation. Now we want to raise the BAR a little higher!
Now on-line support sessions can be initiated that directly connect our customers through to one of our highly trained Technical Support Representatives or System Specialists. This is a highly effective trouble-shooting option that can allow our representatives to directly view what is happening on the computer controlling your instrument. What was previously done through phone calls, emails and faxes can now be viewed directly in Real-Time.
What do you need?
- A high-speed internet connection available through the computer controlling the instrument. This is most often supplied through the customer’s existing network infrastructure.
- Any current Operating System will work: Win95, Win98, Win2000, WinXP
This new tool will help MANTECH reduce the resolution time of trouble-shooting sessions and provide a more pleasant support experience. It will let you get on with your day!
